- On-Demand Service Execution – Responding promptly to municipal requests for disconnections and reconnections to maintain service efficiency.
- Compliance with Municipal Regulations – Ensuring that all work is carried out in strict adherence to the guidelines and policies of the Mangaung Metro Municipality.
